President's Radio Address In his weekly radio address President Bush said, "Rational and comprehensive immigration reform must begin with border security, and we have more to do. So I've asked Congress to fund dramatic increases in manpower and technology for the Border Patrol. We will add 6,000 new Border Patrol agents. ... By deploying 21st century technologies, we will make our Border Patrol agents even more effective and our border more secure."
