There are a number of services Senator Nickles' office can provide to Oklahoma residents. The services provided are listed below with a description of each service.

• Casework - assisting Oklahomans on a case-by-case basis with government agencies
• Flag Requests - arranging a flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol for a special occasion
• Internships - providing temporary employment for high school or college students
• Picture/Letter Request - providing a letter from or picture of Senator Nickles for a special occasion or as a keepsake
• Senate Pages - proving employment for high school students who want to serve as a page in the Senate
• Service Academy - helping high school graduates enroll in one of the service academies
• Tour Requests - arranging tours for Oklahomans visiting Washington, DC
