FLAG REQUESTS

Senator Nickles can arrange for a United States flag to be flown over the Capitol building and mailed to you with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate will include information specified by you, such as the date on which the flag was flown, the person and/or the occasion it honors.

To place a flag order, please print out and complete the flag request form and mail it to the address below along with your payment. Senator Nickles' office must be in receipt of an order form as well as a check or money order made payable to "Keeper of the Stationery" for the required amount before the request can be processed. Flag requests take at least three weeks to process, so if you want the flag by a specific date, send your request well in advance.

As of January 1, 2002 the following prices for United States Flags ordered through our office will be (these changes are due to increases of prices in the Senate Stationery Store):
