Blood Supply is Adequate for Now
America's Blood Centers says "As long as you give blood as an effect of this tragedy at some point, you are helping the victims, and other people across the country who will need a blood transfusion in the months to come." Message to Volunteers (FEMA)
From the Federal Emergency Management Agency: "There is no additional need for volunteers or donated goods for the World Trade Center response... the same situation exists at the Pentagon."
NYC.gov - Emergency Supplies Donations
New York City no longer requires additional contributions of heavy equipment. Agencies that have requested in-kind donations of goods and supplies have likewise received as much material support as they can manage. New York Firefighters 9-11 Disaster Relief Fund

Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund via Amazon
You can support relief efforts by making a donation to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. You can contribute from $1 to $100 - any donation is greatly appreciated. ALL donated money will go to the Red Cross to help victims of this and other tragedies--Amazon.com is waiving its usual "Honor System" fees.
Pay Pal Relief Fund
PayPal has created a special fund to help PayPal members provide assistance to those affected by the crisis. PayPal will donate 100% of the proceeds to the National Disaster Relief Fund of the American Red Cross.
September 11th Fund
United Way and The New York Community Trust have established this fund to mobilize resources to respond to the urgent needs of victims and their families affected by these attacks. You may specify which city you would like your donation directed to.
U.S. Emergency Relief (CharityWave)
