In a meeting with Nobel laureates Tuesday, President Bush said, "Among their achievements are path-breaking discoveries in physics,
helpful insights in the workings of the market economies, and a new
treatment for Parkinson's Disease. And all of America congratulates
them."

President George W. Bush welcomes the President of Spain Jose Maria Aznar to the Oval Office Nov. 28.
