President Discusses War, Humanitarian Efforts
At the cabinet meeting Monday, President Bush discussed the latest efforts in the war on terrorism and the U.S. commitment to the Afghan people. The U.S. has supplied more than 80 percent of all food aid to vulnerable Afghans through the World Food Program.

President Pardons Thanksgiving Turkey
President Bush Monday participated in the annual pardoning of the Thanksgiving Turkey -- a tradition that dates back to President Lincoln.

President Signs Aviation Security Legislation
At Reagan National Airport Monday, President Bush signed the Aviation and Transportation Security Act of 2001 which establishes federal responsibility for aviation security.
