President Says Coalition Partners "Must Perform"
In thanking French President Chirac Tuesday for his country's support in the fight against terror, President Bush said all countries must participate in the international coalition. "Over time, it's going to be important for nations to know they will be held accountable for inactivity. You are either with us or you are against us in the fight against terror."

President Bush: "No Nation Can Be Neutral in This Conflict"
Speaking via satellite to the Warsaw Conference on Combating Terrorism, President Bush said Tuesday, "Given the means, our enemies would be a threat to every nation and, eventually civilization itself. So we're determined to fight this evil, and fight until we're rid of it."

Radio Address by the President to the Nation
Good morning. As all Americans know, recent weeks have brought a second wave of terrorist attacks upon our country: deadly anthrax spores sent through the U.S. Mail. There's no precedent for this type of biological attack, and I'm proud of the way our law enforcement officers, our health care and postal workers and the American people are responding in the face of this new threat.
