Stronger Economy an Important Part of Homeland Defense
"The terrorists wanted our economy to stop," the President said Wednesday. "It hasn't. They wanted to diminish the spirit of America. It didn't. They thought the government wouldn't be able to react. The government is going to react with an economic stimulus package that is good for workers."
