Canadian PM: "We Will Be There"
Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien today told President Bush, "I think that you know you have the support of Canadians. When you will need us, we will be there."  

President Releases $5.1 Billion in Emergency Funds
The President today released $5.1 billion in emergency spending to assist in the humanitarian, recovery, and national security needs related to the attack on America. This is the first installment from the $40 billion in emergency funds enacted this week.
